November Athlete of the Month

Congratulations to our November Athlete of the Month: Nathan! Nate has always been eager to be at EBA, showing up to every class with a big smile on his face. His heart of gold, combined with his passion for connecting with others, truly makes him one of the most fun athletes to workout with. His athletic abilities are top tier, too! Nate is an all-star athlete who we’re lucky to have at EBA! 

How long have you been going to EBA?

Nathan has been attending EBA almost 4 years now. He is part of the EBA+ program, too, and has been to the EBAxBlazers event twice! 

What is your favorite part about EBA?

His favorite part of EBA is seeing all the other athletes. 

What do you like to do when you’re not at EBA?

Nathan likes walking with his mom and watching Disney+! 

November Teammate of the Month

Congratulations to our November Teammate of the Month: Kyra! Kyra is a one of a kind person with a heart of gold. She is fun, energetic, supportive, and everyones #1 fan. Kyra is also apart of our Community Ambassador committee and has been extremely helpful in organizing and planning those events! We are all better because of Kyras fun and joyful spirit!! 

How long have you been volunteering as a teammate at EBA? 

“About a year and a half now - time flies!”

What is your favorite part about EBA?

“The friendship of both the athletes and other teammates, and all the laughs we share each class” 

What do you like to do when you’re not at EBA?

“Go to the movies, try new restaurants, watch football, do my nails, listen to true crime podcasts, and take my dog for walks”

EBA HQ Grand Opening

We held our big grand opening for the brand new EBA HQ in December 2024! Over 400 members of the EBA Family came through the doors to check out this new inclusive exercise space, and KPTV News was on the scene to capture it all. Click here to view the video.

Trail Blazers time!

EBA ran classes on the homecourt of the Portland Trail Blazers on two separate occasions in 2023! Both classes saw 50 excited athletes and teammates participate in a fun and fast-paced class on the court, followed by 100 members of the EBA family cheering and dancing in the stands during the game later that night. We love our time with the Blazers!

Innovation in the Pacific Northwest

Every Body Athletics was featured in the M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust’s annual video highlighting nonprofits who provide impactful and essential services in the Pacific Northwest. The project focused on EBA’s innovative approach to creating access to health, and can be viewed below. The full press release from The Trust can be found here.

Back with the blazers!

For the second year in a row, Every Body Athletics ran a special EBA class at the Moda Center. 50 athletes and teammates exercised and Zumba-ed on the Blazers’ home court during the day, and then met up later that night to attend the game against the OKC Thunder. It was a great day for the EBA family!

EBA AND THE TRAIL BLAZERS!
